Anna and Nick | Engaged

I’ve known Nick now for about 4-5 years from our days at the Downtown Market. We then worked at Greyline Brewing Co together pouring beers, laughing and talking about our deep love fro the East Coast. I’d never met Anna before and was always so eager and it quickly became an inside joke that every time I’d see Nick at work the first thing I’d say is “so did you propose yet?” He would always have the biggest grin on his face at this question and then little by little would offer up more information. One day I came into Greyline with my family while he was working and with the same big grin on his face came over right away with a “guess what?” and the news I had been waiting to hear. When Anna inquired with me to photograph their wedding I was absolutely elated. Naturally we met up for cocktails and probably talked for a good two hours and I was instantly enamored with her wit, intelligence, listening and empathy. I left that conversation thinking to myself, damn, that’s a one of a kind human and we need more of her. I also couldn’t believe how amazing of a match their personalities were. Both introverts yet extremely charismatic. Readers and conversationalists. Bound to their faith and each other. I am so happy to be a part of their story now and will always jump at the chance for a conversation and a glass of wine with the two of them.
